Will favorite sentence right now is: "Are you okay?" and if we don't immediately answer, he will ask us really loud until we do and he also says outside, a lot as well :). We hope it is warm enough to play outside this weekend... he gets so tired of being in the house! He is such a cute little man!!!Friday, February 26, 2010
Love them...
Our sweet little baby Carter... those big blue eyes melt my heart! He can clap his hands, wave, says hi and da-da, gives the sweetest hugs and kisses and now has SIX teeth. I love the picture below... he looks like a baby doll :)!

My little Valentines
Will and Carter had a Valentine's Day party at Mrs. Kathy's today. She said they enjoyed eating pizza, candy and cake with their friends, Brayden and Hutch (she broke off small peices for Carter and he was one happy baby). She gave them a sweet bag full of treats and happies, as well, which they love!
Will is not a morning person; he gets it honestly from both Eddie and myself! He had a small meltdown over his pacifier this morning!
However, this afternoon, he was sitting on ready with daddy's flashlight, watching his new favorite, the Bee movie! I love to see that precious smile!
Carter is his polar opposite! He loves the morning and wakes up with a big smile on his face!
I am ready to party, Mommy :)! He is SO CUTE!

Will was 22 months old on February 3rd. I have already started thinking about his party; I think he is going to have a great time this year. He is definitely entering the terrible 2 stage... he goes from calm to meltdown in .5 seconds, but he is still a sweet and loving little guy. He loves to hug, play basketball with his daddy, put puzzles together, brush his teeth (the child is obsessed) and drink from a big boy cup!

Carter was 8 months old on February 7th. He is currently cutting FOUR teeth... WOW! Will only had 2 by one year old, so this is different; however, he rarely complains. He is a very calm and fun loving little guy. He loves to sit up and play, he loves to scoot on his bottom to get where he needs to go (especially in the bath tub - little daredevil!), and is attempting to crawl and pull up. I will be chasing two precious little boys are before long :)!!!
Happy Valentine's Day! Have a great one!

My new nephew, Brylin Mathews
My sister, Amy, had her 2nd baby boy, Brylin Mathews, on January 27th. I finally got to meet the little guy last weekend and I love him to death. I LOVE being an aunt :)! He is SEVENTH grandboy for my parents and is a precious little angel!
Isn't he beautiful??? I hope that he and Carter are best friends, like Will and Cash.
I love his hair... it stands straight up!
He opened his eyes a little here; I think he was a little irritated with the flash on my camera...

Here are some sweet cousins, Cash and Will. They were enjoying some hot dogs and cheetos at my mom's house!
Cash loving on Carter.... he is a very sweet big brother and big cousin!

They have something special... it's brotherly love :)
They share the same last name and the same color eyes...
but the fight like tigers over one old red PHONE... or at least Will does! Poor Carter... Will wanted a red play cell phone and apparently thought Carter wanted to wrestle for it!

Don't Blink
Another month has come and gone WAY TOO FAST! I seriously can't believe my Will is 21 months old... I have already been thinking about his 2nd birthday party that will be here before we know it!
Eddie went out of town a couple of weeks ago and one night after I put him to bed, I came in my bedroom and turned on his monitor to hear him singing Jesus Loves Me :); it was a moment that I will treasure always. He is starting to be very independent and curious lately. He has also made a major effort with his little brother lately, which makes Eddie and I so proud; I will post some pictures of the sweet brothers later!
He got a hair cut, or should I say head peel, yesterday. He is really cute, but I am ready for it to grow out again :).
My friend, Ashley, took this picture of Will on NYE at the Gapen's! We had such a blast hanging out with everyone; thanks so much for having us, Chris and Erin! We had a blast.
Will and daddy... they are big buddies!
Before church one day... we are working on losing the pacifier. He USUALLY only takes it at nap time and bedtime right now. I really want to lose it before his 2nd birthday. Tips are GREATLY APPRECIATED!
I love this picture!
Hotty Toddy... Cotton Bowl Champs!
My wonderful friend, Jess, got the boys these buckets for Christmas; Aren't they ADORABLE! Will likes to be dragged around the house in his and he also likes to put toys in it and carry it around! Thanks so much, Jess!!!
So, a couple of weeks ago I had a baby and now he suddenly Carter wants to grow up. He is almost pulling up, somewhat trying to crawl and loves to sit up and play with toys and his brother. He is such a little babbler and I really think he is close to saying MOMMA... Eddie thinks no, but I don't think it will be long before he will be yelling for me all the time :)! He is a joy to be around... my little angel!!!

YAY, Santa!
We had such a wonderful Christmas day!!! Our boys were so much fun; Carter just kind of took everything in and Will was a sight this year. When he saw all of the presents, he started clapping and saying "YAY" :)! It has been quite a challenge capturing every moment on camera this year since we have two.
I told Will that he and Carter must have been good boys this year and he said "YEAH!". It was a lot of fun watching them.
Here is what Santa left for my sweet little guys!
Will was really excited to see Handy Manny and his tools; he loves Handy Manny.
Again!
Carter got a monkey that is his size :)... he snuggled with him for a while

Will was excited about Carter's monkey also...
I was taking Carter for a little spin on the turtle and Will gave me a sweet hug... he was one excited and precious little boy!
He was ready to open Handy Manny and puts him and his tools in his backpack, along with his flashlight Flicker.
Carter said enough of these presents... I need some applesauce and cereal :). My baby Carter's first Christmas was great. He is an angel and I look forward to many more!
Will made lots of loops around our house...
Daddy and Carter were ready for a nap!
After the boys took a nap, we went back to Booneville to eat at my parents with the Anglins and the Horns. We had a lot of fun.
Will was into everything and had a ball playing with the big kids and Cash.
My parents with my boys before bed... we had to bring Flicker so that Will would get in the picture!
Daddy and Carter
The next morning, Cash and Amy came over for chocolate and biscuits and Cash got to feed Baby Carter a bottle; he was so excited. He told him momma that he was going to feed his baby brother biscuits and bottles when he is born :). We shall see...

Yesterday afternoon, we finally made our way home for good. Eddie and I enjoyed being at home with the boys and probably had more fun with their toys than they did.

My mom got Carter a new highchair... he is a cutie!

They are playing with Carter's new Laugh and Learn farm... this was a hit for both of them. Will has really enjoyed playing with Carter's toys, as well as his.
Twins.. I think Carter looks just like Eddie!
