21 Months Old

Carter was 21 months old on the 7th. Is it just me or do the months feel like they are flying by? It is not much longer until his 2nd birthday!

He is one precious child. He is becoming a little daddy's boy lately, but it goes back and forth. He made up a song about his daddy, which goes - "daddy, daddy, daddy" and then he claps and gets excited after he sings it. He loves to talk and I am amazed with all that he says. He loves anything to do with outside, eating and playing his little heart out. Oh and let's not forget.. suckers... he would eat a million if we let him.

Very excited about this sucker... Mrs. Kathy gave it to him for Valentine's day and I let him have it after church.

He and his brother have developed a love/hate relationship. On this particular morning, they snuggled together, but the next minute they might have been fighting. Should this really start this early?!?! Eddie tells me I am in for a rude awakening with two boys!!!

20 months old

So, I am quite late on this post this month. Carter bug was 20 months on the 7th. Where has my baby gone... he looks so big and acts so big now. He is a little chatter box and is such a smart little boy. Here are some pictures:

Well... we had a bit of a bad hair day :). I wish I was this cute on a bad hair day!

He paused from the slide to give me this precious smile.

He, with a combination of his brother, keep us on our toes at all times. They have been keeping their daddy busy. When I get home from work at night, they attack me like two little monkeys and whoever is the last to mom (which is usually my poor little CT) falls down on the floor crying because they did not hug me first. It is the best time of my day.

My little Valentines

I wish that I had been able to get a picture of my little guys before they went for their party at Ms. Kathy's Monday morning. I will have to get some a later time. After their bath, we gave them their presents. Here are some pictures:

Will wants to be a cowboy like Woody. He has wanted a Woody doll since after Christmas and he finally got one. Let's just say he LOVES it! He holds it while he watches his Toy Story 3 movie, he sleeps with him.... you get my point. I love how excited he was over him!

Sunshine....

is good for the SOUL :)! The boys and I were so excited about the beautiful day on Sunday. After church, we played all afternoon long and rode the wagon around our neighborhood. It was a wonderful day. Here are some pictures.

Happy birthday, Chase!

We went to celebrate Chase Gapen's first birthday party the last weekend in January. He was a precious birthday boy, the weather was so nice and Erin did an amazing job with his party (as usual :)).

My boys enjoyed being outside. They didn't even want to go in for cake, present time, etc. There were such toys and so much room to explore.

While Will napped on the way home, Carter enjoyed his YUMMY party favor from Chase.... a cookie :). He smiled the whole time that he ate it!!!

Pajama time...

I have always been a sucker for seeing my little ones in pajamas. My sweet friend, Laura, got my kiddos some really cute ones and I couldn't resist sharing some pictures.



Carter's say, "I am the boss"... fits our little boss to a tee :). He walks around saying "I Boss" now. What a cute little stinker!

Annnnd, Will is my little cutie also. He pretty much knows how to talk Nana and Mamaw into anything :)
