This past week, Papaw and Nana Chittom took the whole family to Gatlinburg as a Christmas present... how lucky are we to have such amazing parents/grandparents :). We rode the tram to Ober, played in the snow, ate really good food, went to an awesome aquarium, walked downtown Gatlinburg, saw beautiful Christmas lights, ate more great food :), and enjoyed lots of family time. Papaw and Nana definitely spoil all of us and we love them so much!
Enjoy the pictures from our fun vacation :).
Hayes gave my little skier a lift to the tram station.
Toni and Will outside Ober.
Momma and her boys outside Ober... notice Carter's face. He was sick the day that we left and didn't feel well the first couple of days... needless to say I had my hands full this day :).
I thought this was a cool picture. They have a kids' area at Ober, which my boys loved!
Will and Carter enjoying the snow
Carter perked up when we played... his favorite thing was throwing snowballs at his momma :).
What a little snow angel, huh?! Definitely one of faves :). Love this sweet kiddo!
Being afraid of heights my whole life, the tram seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but it was so much fun. My boys had no fear. They LOVED it and stood by the windows on the way there and back.
This is Will when we were coming back down the mountain...I would say he loved 'tramming' :).
Carter taking it all in... he loved it also!
It was a beautiful view.
That night after dinner, Carter enjoyed some ice cream and I love to see his sweet smile!
Papaw and Will at our awesome cabin. Will was yelling black bear here.
Momma and the boys at the cabin.
Nana, Will and Hayden.
Will and Carter had a blast on the stairs. You would have thought that they had never been on any in their lives. Up and down a million times!
We wanted a picture of all of the Chittom grandchildren. I took about 50 and these were the faves :).
Hayes, Carter, Perry, Hayden and Will. We are blessed with some handsome boys, young men and one beautiful young lady!
We also got a picture of Papaw and Nana with all of the grands. I thought it was such a great shot. Love :).
Nana and Perry.
The 'in-laws' :).
Cheese... love this!
Ripley's Aquarium in Pigeon Forge is one of the best that I have ever been visited... we had a blast.
Below, Will, Carter and the Shark mascot. Carter did punch it's chin not realizing there was an actual person in the costume (SIGH). Love this picture!
Daddy and his best buddy.
Nana and Will checking out some fish.
My precious fam at the Aquarium.
Me and my loves... how cute are these boys?!
My fave was the pengiuns. The boys had a lot of fun going through the tunnel and felt like they 'swam' with the pengiuns.
Carter said that these pengiuns looked really angry :).
On the last day, we wanted a good family picture at the cabin... so much for that with these boys :). This so fits their personalities though.
Thanks so much for a wonderful trip, Papaw and Nana! We can't wait for another one next year :)!!!
