My Big Boy

I am amazed with how quickly Will learns new things everyday... my baby is growing up. He is really interested in Carter lately so we have to watch him like a hawk! He is apparently also ready to be an acrobat because he loves to climb and jump off anything and everything! Did I mention before how sad I am to go back to work- I will miss all of my quality time with my boys!

15 month shots were really bad for him... Eddie was breaking a sweat after holding our tough boy down. He weighs 28 lbs 4 oz and is 34 inches long - 90th percentile on weight and 95th percentile on height!

My Little Bit

Oh MY... I only have ONE WEEK left of maternity leave... HUGE TEAR! It is going to be the hardest thing ever to go back to work on August 3rd! I will miss my babies so much! Carter seems to be getting better as each week passes... I am really hoping his colic will be pretty much gone by the time I go back to work. He is at least sleeping six hours at a time at night and has gotten in a routine with eating... if we could only lose the belly aches :). Here are some recent pictures of my precious little guy!

We went to the doctor Thursday for Carter's first round of shots and for Will's 15 month shots... he did much better than me :). He calmed down once we picked him up, but I hated every minute of it! He weighed 10 lbs and is 22 inches long - 75th percentile on each.

I am pretty sure his big brother was driving him crazy in the two pics below... Will still wishes he could fit in the bouncey seat :)!

Amy's wedding weekend

My sister Amy got married last Saturday July 18th. It was a beautiful ceremony with a very beautiful bride - congratulations Amy and Jared.... we love you SO MUCH. I was EXHAUSTED after it was over... having a 6 week old and 15 month old through all of her festivities wore me out. I am so blessed to have such wonderful in laws... the Chittoms helped with the babies and I would not have made it without them - thanks so much. Here are some pictures!

Eddie's birthday was yesterday - Happy birthday Eddie... We love you so much!

4th of July weekend and more!

I am behind on posting pictures of my precious boys! We took Carter to Booneville for the first time 4th of July weekend. We had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends. I hope you enjoy all of the pictures!

Will got his first major boo boo this week... He popped his head on CONCRETE! It was a VERY bad experience for the both of us. I think it upset me much more than him... he cried for a minute and was ready to play - he is my little tough guy!
Carter loves sleeping in Will's bed, which is soon to be his... Will still very much loves his bed, so it will be a tough transition!

We went to eat at the Tapp's house on the night of the 4th. Will and Porter remind me so much of Eddie and Justin in this picture :). We had a great time... thanks for everything Justin and Shae We spent the day of the 4th by the pool at the Chittom's... thanks Nana and Papaw for great food and a really fun day!

We are having a tough time with Carter... he has belly aches more often than not. I am not sure if he has colic or what, but we are praying he gets better soon. It is really really sad to see him hurting. The doctor put him on medicine yesterday and we go back for a re-check next week (along with shots for both boys WHEW :( ), so please keep our sweet baby in your prayers!

Annnnd our Aunt Amy is getting married this weekend... we can't wait to be a part of her big day. I will have pictures next week!

WILL IS FIFTEEN MONTHS OLD... HE IS MY LITTLE MAN NOW! I HAVE ENJOYED BEING HOME AND WATCHING HIM LEARN SOOOO MUCH!

I LOOK AT THESE SWEET FACES EACH DAY AND THINK I AM THE MOST BLESSED PERSON IN THE WHOLE WORLD... GOD IS SO GOOD!
