Will's favorite meal, learning to throw fits and a fun Saturday outside

Well, I uploaded the pictures backwards :)... nothing unusual for me! I have to say that Will and I LOVE the warm weather! He loves loves loves to be outside more than anything. He cries when we come inside and this past weekend he threw his first major fit when I made him come in... oh YES; he fell on the floor kicking and screaming... I wondered what had happened to my calm laid back little baby :). He got to sit in his crib until he calmed down even though it killed me inside hearing him cry. He has learned how to run outside, which is a bit scary for me because he just takes off out our door as soon as it is opened.

We had a wonderful relaxing Saturday this past weekend. It was a great momma and Will day :). He got to watch Blue's Clues and eat his FAVORITE meal - spaghetti... he gets it from head to toe and it is not the most fun to clean up, but how can I resist it when he is the cutest mess I have ever seen??? And we of course played outside. Here are some pictures!!!

Friday after work, we went to look at a house and had to get take out... Daddy gave Will his happy meal and he carried it like a big boy :)!

Spaghetti is MY FAVORITE :)... look at that precious messy boy!!! I could just eat him up!

We also had a great time going to Reed Gapen's SECOND birthday party on Sunday... I will post some pictures from that soon!

Chilling with Daddy and 12 month checkup

Will had his 12 month checkup today... he weighed 26 lbs 8 oz and is 31 1/2 inches long; in the 90th percentile :)... what a big boy! We got some disappointing news that the poor baby STILL has an ear infection. The doctor is trying him on a new antibiotic and we pray that it clears his ears up this time!!! Shots were REALLY BAD this time too! He is as stout as a little ox and I pretty much had to lay on top of his upper body. The nurse said he made her break out it a sweat... needless to say, not the best day for him, but he seemed to be feeling better tonight :).

Last night we put on his new Mickey Mouse pj's that his Aunt Sissy gave to him... he likes to watch TV while I put lotion on and get him dressed. After we were done, he laid down with his daddy to watch Blues Clues; what a sweet pair... see below!

MOMMA... you are BLOCKING THE TV :). He was grunting at me...

It's Party Time :)!!!

Will had his FIRST birthday party this past Saturday at his Papaw and Nana Chittom's in Booneville!!! It was SO MUCH FUN and he was the sweetest little birthday boy ever :)! He woke up ready to go at 5:30, which is very early for him -- he must have been excited!!! When we got to the Chittom's at 9:30, he played so hard until about 2:15 when he passed out in his new swing that Nana and Papaw bought him.

Thanks to everyone who came! He loved all of his presents and spending time with everyone. We are SO BLESSED to have such amazing family and friends like all of you! We love you!!! Also, thanks Nana and Papaw for letting us have it at your house; we appreciate everything that you did for us!!!

The Stennett Family Easter Egg Hunt

After church on Easter, my mom made a WONDERFUL lunch and we had an Easter Egg hunt afterwords, which was SO MUCH FUN!!! I think having a child has made me a big kid again, because I had as much fun as all of the boys did! Here are some pictures from the big event!
